For self-registered users:
In case you forget your email address, you will need to create a new account or contact the support team.
If you remember your email address, but forgot the password, you can reset your password with the following steps:
- Go to your Login page
- Click on “Forgot Your Password?“
- Enter your email address and click on “Reset Password“
A confirmation will be sent to your email. Check your email for the password reset link,
- Click on the password reset link
- You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
For school-registered users:
Kindly reach out to your respective school to send us an email or password request via email. In case, you were provided email by your school, your school can reset the password on their own.
