In the case of self-registered users:
They cannot recover their email once they forget it, however, they will need to create a new account instead or contact the support team regarding their concerns.
If they do remember the email, but only forget the password, they can reset the password by following the steps below:
- Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page
- Enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button
- Check your mail for the password reset link and click on it
- You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
In the case of the school-registered users:
They will need to reach out to their respective school to send us an email or password reset request via mail. In case they have a valid email provided by the school, they can also reset the password on their own.
