Password

  • On the top right side of the dashboard, click on your profile picture.
  • Select “My Profile.”
  • Go to the “Password” section.
  • Enter your correct password and enter your new password.
  • Confirm your new password and click on “Save Changes.” 

In case you are creating a new password, your password should be under the criteria of a minimum of 6 characters with a number then you are good to go.

In case your password is not being accepted while logging in, check the typo error on your email and password. Please try again, it might ask you for a captcha to ensure you are a genuine user and not someone trying to break into the system.

Please keep in mind that the Capslock is off and you are typing using the right format.

If everything fails, try the “Forgot your password,” or just contact our support team in the bottom right corner.

Your account might be locked for security reasons because of multiple failed attempts to login into your account. In such a case, we suggest you wait for 10 minutes and try logging in again with the correct email and password.

In case you don’t remember the password click on the “Forgot your password” on the login page.

In the case of self-registered users:

They cannot recover their email once they forget it, however, they will need to create a new account instead or contact the support team regarding their concerns.

If they do remember the email, but only forget the password, they can reset the password by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page
  2. Enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button
  3. Check your mail for the password reset link and click on it
  4. You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.

In the case of the school-registered users:

They will need to reach out to their respective school to send us an email or password reset request via mail. In case they have a valid email provided by the school, they can also reset the password on their own.
