Please follow the given steps to watch videos:
Login to your Teacher Account
Click on "Teaching Resources" tab from the homepage
Select a subject and chapter
Select the desired topic to watch.
You can access the videos by going to the “Subjects” tab on of the homepage (Students Account) and selecting a subject of your choice.
For new users, go to the "Subjects" tab on the homepage (Student Account), then select "Our Store" to browse available subjects. You can also choose "Try for Free" and select "Earth Plan" to watch free introductory videos.
If you’d like to upgrade, choose the "Moon Plan" to unlock premium content and gain access to all chapters.
The seek bar is located at the bottom of the video. If it’s not visible, it may be disabled for your account.
Access to the seek bar is managed by the admin and can be enabled based on the school's request.
It depends on your class and the request of the school. It is up to your admin who will decide on providing you with the ability to seek the video or not.
No, we do not support offline videos if you are using the platform as a website. You can access the videos offline using mySecondTeacher's mobile app.
However, as the platform is based on a monitoring mechanism and for the proper evaluation of one’s performance, we need to be online to watch the videos.

If you want to skip watching the video and take the Mastery Test, please follow the given steps:
Login to your Student Account
Click on the "Subjects" tab from the homepage
Select a subject and chapter
Select the desired topic to watch
Click on "Take End-of-lesson quiz to test how good you are"
Attempt the quiz and click on "Submit".
Currently, there are 4 subjects available on the freemium plan for IGCSE.
Similarly, there are 6 subjects available on the freemium plans for the A/AS Levels.

Completion represents the total number of Interactive Videos students have finished watching. To achieve 100% completion, students must watch all the videos for a subject.
Mastery reflects students' mastery achieved after completing the End-of-Lesson quizzes in the Interactive Videos. To get 100% Mastery, students must score full marks on their quizzes.
Instant Explanations (IE) is a feature integrated into the End-of-Lesson Quiz of the Interactive Video for students. This feature instantly provides you with detailed and clear explanations of what the question is asking and why your answers are incorrect.
Currently, the Instant Explanations feature is available for the A Levels curriculum and can be accessed using the Tutor Credits (in-app currency). You can purchase the TC via PayPal or Stripe and use them to access Instant Explanations. "
Instant Explanations can be accessed when you score 80% or above on the End-of-Lesson quiz. Reviewing these explanations, you can focus on understanding the concepts rather than just your scores and achieve Complete Mastery of the topic.
You can see the questions you answered incorrectly using the Instant Explanations. Please follow the given steps to access Instant Explanations:
Login to your Student Account
Go to the “Subjects” tab and select your preferred subject
Choose the Chapter and a video topic
Watch the video and complete the End-of-Lesson Quiz by scoring 80% or above, or directly attempt the quiz using the button below.
After you attempt the quiz, your scores will be displayed, along with an option to access Instant Explanations.
Click on “Yes, pay TC” to get the Instant Explanations
Once the Instant Explanations are generated, you can:
View the explanation directly on the platform
Download the explanation as a PDF to view offline
Note: Currently, the Instant Explanations feature is available for the A Levels curriculum and Tutor Credits will be charged based on the number of incorrect answers.
