Tutor Credit

  • Log in to your mySecondTeacher account
  • On the top right, click on your profile icon
  • Click “My Profile” > “Credits” > “Add Credit
  • Enter the TOP-UP amount and choose the payment method: “Stripe” or “PayPal”
  • Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC, and click pay
  • You’ll receive a message upon successful completion of the top-up.

Tutor credits are the in-app currency of the platform that can be used to purchase plans and packages, testpapers, and tutor support.

With the help of tutor credits, you may ask questions to our tutors about the subject matter. Certain tutor credits will be deducted depending on the complexity of the question asked.

A certain number of testpapers can be purchased using the tutor credits.

Additionally, you may purchase any plans and packages available on the platform according to the subject.

Please contact us using the Support button at the bottom of the screen right away if you face any issues with the payment. Our support team might guide you through what can be done about the issues that you face.

Tutor credits cannot be redeemed once used.

Currently, we only accept payments via Stripe or PayPal. If we add a new payment method, we shall update you.
