What email address should I use to create my account?

We recommend using your valid personal emails for creating accounts on mySecondTeacher. This shall help you in receiving incoming emails from mySecondTeacher.

Email IDs provided by your educational institutions will have trouble receiving incoming emails from mySecondTeacher.

Please use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

As a Student, can I modify my profile?

Yes! To modify your profile:

Login to your account.
On the top right of the screen, click on the profile icon.
On the menu that appears, click on “My Profile.”
On the left side, you’ll see all the tabs you can modify. The settings that you can adjust are:
- Basic Information
- Linked Guardian Account
- Password
- Credits
- Manage Subscription
- Redeemed Coupons
- Popup Guides

My account is locked, how can I log in again?

Your account might be locked for security reasons because of multiple failed attempts to login into your account. In such a case, we suggest you wait for 10 minutes and try logging in again with the correct email and password.

In case you don’t remember the password click on the “Forgot your password” on the login page.
