In order to reach out to the tutors or the subject experts, you can use our live chat support team at the bottom right corner.

Once you ask the question, the support team shall verify it and then relay it to the concerned subject experts.

The solution to your question shall be provided via mail within 24 hours once verified by the tutors that clarify doubts with our cohort of experts.

The students can get their questions/queries solved with proper guidance provided by the subject experts/ tutors. You can either type the question or share a snapshot of your query. Our experts will try to answer your queries.

For now, we provide offline tutor support where the students may ask about the confusion via the live chat support team. Once verified by the team, they shall relay the questions to the concerned subject experts.

Our tutors are actively available from 3:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time.) 

For now, we have offline tutor support and you may enquire with your queries anytime. You may create a ticket if our support agent is not active. Similarly, the active timings of our chat support are 2:15 am to 4:45 PM GMT.
